EXECUTIVE SALES-LEADERSHIP COACHING
I help sales directors and VPs excel as leaders of leaders.
For sales directors and VPs who want to build leaders, not just hit a number. Eight weeks, one-on-one. We diagnose what's stuck, sharpen what's working, and build what's next: the operating system, the executive presence, and a coaching muscle your team carries forward.
Fit check first. If we both nod, we schedule the longer Deep Dive Session.

Excellence is the passing grade.
It is the standard I learned at Tesla and the bar I hold every leader I coach to. Not perfection. The discipline of high-caliber inputs and high-caliber outputs, delivered fast, kept simple, worked backward from the customer.
WHERE THIS COMES FROM
Fifteen years building sales organizations, normalized to what actually moved.
I do not coach theory. I coach what I built, in the seat, with a number attached. Here is a sample of what the work delivered.
$1.8B
Tesla inside sales, built from zero. Grew the team from zero to 145+ advisors and the methodology, coaching, and operating system behind $1.8B in annual revenue.
4x
Revenue 4x in one year. Took a Tesla channel from $76M to $333M by launching two product lines and a phone-based sales closing model worth $30M a month.
5x
Conversion 5x at Opendoor. Rebuilt frontline and second-line leadership, closed a 460-basis-point gap in two months, and held the outperformance for more than three quarters.
$20M
A cost center turned revenue-positive. Remapped Celebrity Cruises' customer service contact center to consultative selling, cut churn 50%+, and earned Sales Coach of the Year.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
Things you take with you.
Eight weeks is long enough to build real habits and short enough to keep the stakes high. You leave with artifacts you can run your team on, language you can carry into a board room, and a coaching muscle that produces leaders inside your own team.
01
An operating system you run your team on every week.
Cadence, coaching, inspection. Documented, shipped to your team, and built from the ground truth up.
02
Executive presence that travels into any setting.
Board, exec staff, or customer. Normalized data, short sentences, tested on a real recipient before you present it.
03
A team that runs without you in the room.
Force multiplication. Fewer dependencies on you, more leaders carrying the load and developing their own people.
04
A coaching muscle that produces more leaders.
Questions instead of scripts. How did that call feel? What would you do differently? Fewer dependencies on you.
THE 8-WEEK PROGRAM
The Leader's Operating System: Director Program.
Eight weeks, one-on-one. Each week follows the same rhythm: topic, delivery, a transformational exercise, and an action you run between sessions. You ship something every week to a real recipient and bring back what happened.

Launch and 90-day plan
I build leaders who build other leaders.
Early at Royal Caribbean, my boss pulled me into a room and would not let me leave until I agreed to apply for a coaching role. He said he would do whatever it took to get me there. The funny part: I had already built the reps, the muscle memory, and the relationships. What I needed was someone to reinforce it.
That moment set the direction. I went into leadership development and learned how to produce results through other people. At Tesla I built an inside sales org from zero to $1.8B, and 90% of my hires earned promotions. At Amazon I led 30 partners through influence instead of authority. At Opendoor I built coaches who built other coaches, and conversion climbed 5x.
Here is what I learned across all of it: great companies talk about coaching and excellence. Very few build the mechanisms to deliver them, so coaching gets left to the high performers to figure out alone. I have watched too many of them stall or walk away because nobody invested in their growth the way their potential deserved.
That is the gap I fill. I help ambitious operators clarify and visualize what they actually want, build the system to get there, and multiply themselves through the people they lead. Watching someone grow, and then watching them grow someone else, is the most satisfying work I have ever done. Coaching should be a sacred function. Right now it is an afterthought. I am here to change that.

In the words of the people I have led and coached.
